Lil Yacthy is an artist, rapper, and singer. The rapper is known for his hit single "One Night". His real name is Miles Parks McCollum and he is often referred to as King Boat, Lil Boat and Nautica Boat Boy. The mixtapes he released, 'Summer Song 2’ and 'Lil Boat' were the first of his major success. It wasn't his first try to sing. The first two singles he released"One Night" (August 2015) and 'Minnesota' (August 2015) were what earned him the first recognition. Both were part of the debut EP (Extended Play) entitled 'Summer Songs'. His current label roster includes  Capital Records as well as a "Quality Control Music" and  Motown Records. Yachty has collaborated with numerous prominent rappers, including 'D.R.A.M.' and "Chance the Rapper. Yachty is also selling his own items on his website. Lil Yatchy was a student at Pebblebrook High School and worked at McDonald's. This was where he hooked up with other hopeful producers and rappers. His first success was after Drake's OVO Sound Radio aired his popular track 'Minnesota'. Lil Yachty's breakthrough moment came via his single '1Night'. He uploaded the video of the track online and it went viral. The spotlight was on his work when the SoundCloud version of his song 'One Night' appeared in a meme viral video.
