Aisha Jamila Hinds, an American actress best famous for her performances in TV series The Shield and True Blood. Since her debut, she's shown her versatility by performing in series like Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. Her first recognition came from her performance as Anna in the film Assault on Precinct 13. The film was primarily for her portrayal of feminist activist Fannie Louis Hamer, in the biography film All the Way, which gave her the respect she was due as an actor.
